Laura Frank Barnard is an entrepreneur and finance leader whose work connects adventure, mobility, hospitality, and technology.

She is the founder of MUUVeBIKES-RVs, a 10+ year festival eBike, RV and Tent rental platform serving a global clientele attending Burning Man, AfrikaBurn, LoveBurn, Coachella, and more to come. Her newest venture, Female Haulers, is in its first year is women-owned, operator-led, and adventure-ready company providing transport and logistics alongside the rental and outdoor activity experiences platform.

Laura also serves as Advisory Council Chair of e-Safiri, a Kenya-based startup advancing electric mobility through charging and battery-swapping infrastructure. Her work reflects an interest in how mobility can expand access in Africa rural areas, support livelihoods, and connect communities with a specific emphasis on females in Agriculture.

As co-founder of MarginIQ Group, she focuses on integrating AI into oil and gas and hospitality businesses, combining human insight with intelligent systems to uncover margin leakage, improve operational visibility, and strengthen financial performance. She also serves as CFO & Tech Lead for LP Enterprises, a procurement consulting organization serving multi-unit restaurant operators.

A former Wall Street M&A professional and former CFO and COO of Halpern’s Steak & Seafood, Laura holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she was a founding facilitator of the LEAD program. She brings both financial discipline and the practical perspective of an owner and operator.

A mother of four, grandmother, and advocate for women entrepreneurs and disability inclusion, Laura approaches leadership with curiosity, candor, and a personal appreciation for resilience. Across her ventures, she brings people, resources, and ideas together to build stronger businesses and expand opportunities for the communities they serve.
