35 years technology in airline industry, recognized as Air Canada legacy for reducing costs with Innovation and IBM Automation Designer.   Lean research to expand knowledge to root cause of failed status quo – recycle.  Created new lean design to supply chain reducing costs and packaging waste with new infrastructure with technology to enable reuse efficiency.

• 2019 - NTT Data SDG Award - Toronto/MaRS Discovery District for high tech 

• 2016/2017/2018 3 Patents approved and 2022 Trademarks approved 

• 2015 – Reuters - Katerva Sustainability nominee equivalent to Nobel – France Scientist – Ocean Cleanup won – routine handling symptom, not sustainable solution 

• 2012/2013– Initiated Air Canada project to reduce external network costs, phase 1, Reservec host , extremely successful.  Air Canada Finance requested 6 more phases. 

• 2011 – IBM Employee of The Month – July 2011, complete project before 1st meeting 

• 2011 – Manitoba Business Development – Liquid Depot $1500 startup recognition 

• 2008 – IBM Automation Award – TPF Router Pilot Automation Compile – dynamic database to core database. 

• 2006 – IBM Router TTY Reject Robot – reduced labor by 85%, created msg forwarding, IBM never thought could be done. 

• 1968 – Present flowers to Governor General of Canada – Roland Michener 1967-1974 

• 1968 – Grade 5 Highest Math Score for Winnipeg School Division #1
