Andrea Brunetti
Andrea Brunetti is senior vice president and deputy general counsel at the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. During her 13-year tenure, she has provided legal counsel to departments across the Bank on a variety of matters, including advising the Human Resources department on employee-related issues, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Office on regulatory and workforce matters, and the Community Investment department on the Affordable Housing Program and related community lending matters. She has represented the Bank’s Capital Markets and Treasury department on a variety of transactional matters related to derivatives, mortgage-backed securities, and repurchase transactions, among other treasury investment products. Ms. Brunetti has also managed litigation for the Bank. Currently, she is supporting the Bank’s board of directors on board governance matters. Prior to joining the Bank, Andrea was in-house counsel at Citibank for two years and in private practice for eight years. Andrea earned her B.A. from Cornell University, a JD from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, a graduate school of banking certificate from the Pacific Coast Banking School, and an Executive Leadership Certificate from the University of Washington – Michael G Foster School of Business.
