Elle Allen​

Elle Allen is a Senior Technical Program Manager at Commonwealth Fusion Systems. She holds a BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering and Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University and worked on numerous SpaceX flight vehicles and aerospace, medical, and inspection robots as a responsible engineer before maturing her career in data-driven leadership through her work with the executive corporate operations team at SpaceX.

She joined the CFS team in 2020 to direct her focus toward our home planet, leading the cable-based HTS magnet team for fusion applications through management of the CSMC (Central Solenoid Model Coil) project.
