Jay Chacon is a dedicated Navy veteran, licensed REALTOR®, and respected leader at KW The Lakes, where she serves as the Military Leader and guides agents through UC Riverside’s Micro MBA program. As a past award-winning CEO at The Lakes for three years, Jay’s leadership has consistently driven growth and excellence. She is also a proud recipient of the Emerging Latina Award and Business Owner of the Year Award from the National Latina Business Women Association, honoring her commitment to business and community. Her passion for service, both in and out of uniform, has made her a trusted advisor and influential figure in her field.​

She proudly served in the US Navy as an Aviation Ordnanceman Second Class (E-5/AO2) a.k.a bomb squad. She was also a certified range coach for the 9mm Beretta helping qualify 12 Pilots. She served 5 years did two missions and one deployment during Operation Enduring Freedom.

 

She was one of the few females to be a part of her detachment and lead 15 Sailors as the Ordnance loading Team Leader ensuring their safety during all missions. During her service, she injured her head suffering from a minors TBI. She is a proud disabled Vet who now gives back to her community of fellow veterans with her volunteer work, career and leads the KW MILITARY division where she trains different market centers of the importance of servicing veterans properly and providing resources.
