Karnina Szymanski is Head of Community at District Cover, a public benefit insurance company focused on expanding access to commercial insurance in historically underserved communities. She leads the company's community engagement, strategic partnerships, and distribution growth initiatives, connecting insurance industry stakeholders with business owners, financial institutions, community organizations, and government leaders to strengthen local economies.

With more than two decades of experience in the insurance industry, Karnina has held senior leadership positions at Progressive Insurance, Farmers Insurance, and Bold Penguin, leading initiatives spanning underwriting, business development, distribution, and customer experience.

Karnina is also the founder of Invisible Woman LLC., whose Invisible Woman Collective initiative supports single mothers by addressing transportation barriers and promoting economic mobility. Through this work, she advocates for greater access to the resources and opportunities that help women achieve financial independence and build stronger futures for their families.
