Laura Barnard
Laura Frank Barnard is an experienced CSuite executive in the CPG sector. After beginning her career in M&A on Wall Street, and earning an MBA from University of Chicago, she held multiple CSuite roles in both large rapidly growing corporate entities and hyper growth scaleups in the Food & Beverage, Plastics, Agriculture, & Micromobility Industries with operations in North America & Northeastern Asia.
She has over a two-decade track record of delivering results and creating over a $1 Billion of top line sales growth and 100x increase in enterprise value in the roles of CFO, CEO, and VP Corporate Development of Pacific Coast Producers, Trans Western Polymers, Halpern’ Steak & Seafood, & MuuvGrupp. She is a mentor to youth and adults, startup advisor, mental health advocate, and volunteer in communities worldwide.
Since 2015, her mission has been to positively impact 10 million people through movement and connection by making active living fun across the generations. She has invested multiple 7 digits to launch numerous IMPACT ESG ventures and a non-profit giving back to people with invisible injuries.
Laura is the proud mother of four and loves to be outside competing in ultra-marathons and multi-sport endurance events often as the guide to athletes with disabilities including wounded warriors. She is the finisher of Triple7Quest, including an epic 7 marathons on 7 continents in 7 days and that same year led a 4 person RAAM Race Across America cycling team under the theme Race4Life.
Currently, she acts as Chief Investment Officer, CFO, and Strategy Consultant as well as a mentor and startup advisor to numerous IMPACT companies founded by under networked founders, an influencer in Social Audio & Podcast including Clubhouse, Linkedin Audio, Twitter Spaces, & Fireside, and volunteers in communities across the world in order to make the world a better place.
