Ms. Goedken is the Founding Partner of Home Catalyst Partners, a triple bottom line housing investment company which has made two investments, and is raising a first time fund.  Ms. Goedken has 15 years of experience in real estate and investing with leading financial firms and companies, and has closed ~$37 billion in investments with private market assets and portfolios and public companies.  Ms. Goedken previously held roles as Director of Corporate Development at Medtronic, VP of Real Estate at Marathon Asset Management, and in real estate investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.  She started her career as an architect working on projects built in New York and Asia.  She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MArch from Yale School of Architecture and a BA in Architecture from New School University.  She is on the Investment Committee of Blue Ivy Ventures, the National Board of Autism Society, the Board of Yale Alumni Association of the Northwest.  She is a member of PREA, ULI, NMHC, NAREIT and Columbia Business School Real Estate Leaders Circle.
