Lori Levine is an eternal optimist, accidental entrepreneur, Certified Public Accountant, breast cancer survivor, and proud mother of two sons, Justin and Ben. Following her breast cancer treatment, Lori began searching for a healthier, convenient snack without processed ingredients, added sugar, or preservatives. Her husband, Scott, created a peanut butter cacao protein ball using plant-based, gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free ingredients, which quickly became a favorite among family and friends.

Inspired by the growing demand, Lori transformed her husband’s creation into Scott’s Protein Balls, a thriving business offering more than 10 flavors and available at over 100 locations across New York, Connecticut, and Florida.

Lori’s experience with breast cancer also shaped the company’s mission to give back. Scott’s Protein Balls proudly partners with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, donating 1% of all sales to support lifesaving breast cancer research. Through entrepreneurship, advocacy, and optimism, Lori continues to turn her personal journey into a meaningful mission of health, hope, and impact.
