LYNN ISENBERG

Lynn Isenberg is an entrepreneur, investor, producer, and strategic business developer whose career spans commercial real estate, private capital, entertainment, technology, and AI.

Across her real estate career, Lynn has been involved in more than 75 commercial real estate deals as an LP, GP, Co-GP, and Managing Partner, and has helped introduce more than $72.5 million in private equity, principally across multifamily and industrial real estate.

Today, Lynn works at the intersection of real estate, capital, technology, and strategic business development, identifying emerging opportunities and bringing together the relationships, resources, and expertise necessary to create value.

Lynn began her career in entertainment as a CAA professional and Tri-Star/Columbia Pictures studio executive. She is an award-winning screenwriter, published novelist, producer, and WGA member and is currently building Story Capital Studios™, focused on the evolving intersection of human storytelling, intellectual property, technology, and AI.
