Nicole Cober, Esquire is the Principal Managing Partner of Cober Johnson and Romney (CJR), an award-winning multi-million dollar legal and business consulting firm. She is also an author, a media influencer and contributor, and an advocate for women’s empowerment and small business growth in her community. Nicole is currently serving as a member of the National Women’s Business Council for the 2019-2022 term. With 15 years of experience and a sharp entrepreneurial acumen, Nicole has turned her attention to helping other women grow their businesses, become leaders in the industry, and maintain a healthy balance in their personal and professional lives.

She is regularly invited to speak on business and empowerment topics, and recently, she has addressed the Women Who Shape Our World Summit, the DC Bar, Harvard Business School, Egypt’s Women of the World Conference, the Black Chamber of Commerce, and the U.S. Commerce Department. She has also served as a guest lecturer at Georgetown University.
