I can recall the day that our Founder, Steve Morris, said: “Build it and they will come”. When I look back on the last 20 years, I can actually remember feeling lonely in 2500 sq ft office, but then, knowing that it would become one of the top offices in our city and Atlantic Canada. Exit Realty was unheard of when we opened our doors then. Now, we are a household name. We have an amazing team that consists of more than 65 active salespeople. I owe much of my success to my staff for their convictions to our company and the team. I am always eager to learn, especially from the best. I believe that in order to keep growing, you have to keep learning, so I always make it a habit to always be in attendance where I can learn something new form other brokers and seminars. I truly believe that Exit has the best systems. It promotes an environment of passing down wisdom instead of the usual competition you find in the industry. I am filled with much pride and sometimes marveled at all that has been accomplished in such a short amount of time. Mainly because of our very productive office and commitment to client satisfaction.
