Scharrell Jackson is the founder of the “Leadership in Heels” speaker series, which brings leaders together in an

environment where they can have authentic conversations about matters of the heart that directly impact every area of

our life. She has created a brand for leaders that represents authentic leadership, effective communication, with a

mission to motivate, inspire, educate and equip leaders to see themselves as leaders and pivot their lives forward,

personally, professionally, and in their community.

Scharrell is a highly sought-after dynamic and engaging speaker. Many have benefited from her message on a variety of

topics such as “Livin’ The Life I Choose,” “We Are Better Together,” and “Authentic Leadership” to name a few. She enjoys

inspiring young professionals and leaders to live the life they desire by providing tangible tips to rise to one’s highest

potential. Her passion is mentoring leaders to obtain upward mobility and confidence, as well as, reaching underprivileged

youth. Scharrell sits on the boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County and the Inland Empire, Pacific Symphony,

Presidents Advisory Board of Concordia University, Board of Advisors Center for Leadership, Cal State Fullerton, Center for

Investment & Wealth Management Advisory Board. She is an active member of Saddleback Church and hosts a weekly

bible study for women in her home and at work.

Scharrell currently serves as the Partner, COO/CFO of Squar Milner LLP, one of the nation’s 50 largest accounting firms, and

one of California’s leading independent advisory firms. She joined Squar Milner in February of 2000, and has played an integral role in the firm’s growth and success, executing multiple mergers that have expanded the firm’s footprint and increase revenues and profit. Scharrell Jackson has served as an executive in the field of Finance/Accounting and

Operations, working in industries such as Professional Services, Real Estate, Construction and Manufacturing, in positions

such as Controller, VP of Finance and Chief Financial Officer.
