I am a Commercial Real Estate Innovator. I blend the old with the new in a Tenable manner. In 2003, I started in PropTech and transitioned to Dealmaking and Acquisitions, roles that helped hone my Finance and unique Problem-Solving skills. In 2009, I began the Restructuring of Distressed commercial real estate loans and properties. Since 2015, I’ve been Acquiring and Turning Around underperforming real estate assets. In 2016 I developed the solution to Retail’s troubles and eCommerce’s unprofitability. My first Patent was granted in early 2021, with several others pending or planned.
